Chef Brandon Stevens, CEC, CCA, WCEC, is Westfield CC’s Executive Chef. Originally from Amory, Mississippi, in 2012 Chef moved to Northeast Ohio to serve as the Executive Sous Chef for the Cleveland Ritz Carlton Hotel. Chef Brandon brings extensive culinary experience in both fine dining and banquet services. His career path includes some of the most premiere resort destinations in the country including: The Cloister at Sea Island, Georgia and The Sanctuary in Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
His passion for the industry and career excellence, led him on the path of culinary education. Chef Brandon established the Culinary Apprenticeship Program at Cuyahoga Community College. This is one of only two programs in the state of Ohio with accreditation through the American Culinary Federation.
