Westfield Company Business Tee Time Privileges

• Requests can be made up to one year in advance.
• For requests with more than 12 golfers, please utilize the Hospitality Services Request Form instead of this tee time form.
• Tee time booking restrictions:
  • Tee time requests can be made Tuesday through Friday, any time of day. 
  • Tee time requests can be made Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays, any time after 12:00 p.m.
    • 2026 Holidays: Memorial Day and Labor Day
  • Monday is reserved for groups of 72 players or more.
• Caddies:
  • Caddies are available from May 1 through October 15.
  • For tee times prior to 2:00 p.m., a forecaddie is required for all groups that include guests (non-employees). The cost of the forecaddie is included in the "Accompanied Rates."
• An employee of the company is required to play with each group.
  • Tee times without an employee host will be considered unaccompanied.
  • Unaccompanied tee times are subject to the higher rate and caddies are always required. 
• All golf fees will be charged to the department number issued to reserve the tee time. Self-pay is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

• Tee time cancellations:
  • Up to 3 days in advance: no charge
  • Less than 3 days in advance: $60 charge per tee time will be charged to the department account.
• Tee time no-show:
  • Full rates will be charged to the department account. 

2026 Westfield Company Business Golf Rates

• 18 or 9 Holes: $80

• 18 or 9 Holes: $110

• Tuesday - Sunday: 

  • 18 or 9 Holes: $300

• ​Base fees and tip included in greens fee

​Walking Caddie: 

• Additional $35 per bag (Includes tip)

Other Fees

• Rental Clubs: $100
