We are committed to protecting your privacy. This notice describes the personal information we collect about you and how we use it. This privacy promise applies to all our Westfield hospitality facilities and services1

- We gather information directly from you2 , from your transactions with us and from outside sources.
- We use your information only to provide hospitality and country club services to you or to improve the products and services we offer.
- We may share your information with vendors or other third-parties who help us deliver services to you.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with other companies for their marketing purposes.
- We take measures to protect your information while it is in our custody. We require our vendors and other third-parties to protect it, too.
Information We Collect
We collect information about you in order to provide you services and to maintain your membership. This includes:
- Information from your application (such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, current employer and references).
- Information about your transactions with us (such as your purchases, membership status, scores and other information needed for billing and payment).
- Information from third parties.
- Information about your online interactions with us (such as your IP address, the kind of device you used, your login information, your geographical location, the time of visit to our site and pages visited). We use this information to deliver online services to you and/or to evaluate and improve our services.
Information about Minors
We do not intentionally collect information from or communicate with children under the age of 13. We may request specific information about a child from parents in order to verify that the minor is an authorized user of our facilities under the parent’s membership. We do not retain information about minors other than what is necessary to deliver requested services. We do not post minors’ email addresses or other personal information anywhere on our website.
Information We Disclose
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We disclose your information to third-parties only as permitted by law:
- To process transactions that you request or to service your membership account.
- To perform marketing services on our behalf. (We do NOT allow third-parties to use the information they receive from us to market on their own or anyone else’s behalf.)
- To administer our websites and applications including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and statistical or survey purposes.
- To comply with legal requirements.
Recipients include employees within our company, service providers, auditors, consumer reporting agencies, government agencies, law enforcement and the courts.
Some products or services offered by us are provided by other companies. We may share your information with these companies which will use the information as described in their privacy policies. These companies may share with us information about you and your transactions with them.
How We Protect Your Information
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and outside services providers who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. Their use of information is restricted by law, by our employee code of conduct and by written agreements where appropriate. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal and state regulations to guard your information.

Cookies and Internet Tracking
We may collect data in connection with your use of our services using small files commonly known as “cookies”. A cookie is a small amount of data which often includes a unique identifier that is sent to your computer or mobile phone (your “device”) and is stored on your device’s browser or hard drive. We may also collect data that your browser sends to us, such as your IP address, browser type, location, language, access time and referring website addresses. Such data may be used to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to track your movements around the Site and to gather demographic data about our visitor base as a whole.

The Sites’ use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Aggregate information is used to measure the visitors’ interest in, and use of, various areas of the Site and the various programs that we administer. We will rely upon aggregate information, which is information that does not identify you, such as statistical and navigational information. Social Media and Online Engagement
We occasionally use a variety of new technologies and social media options to communicate and interact with customers, potential customers, employees and potential employees. These sites and applications include popular social networking and media sites, open source software communities and more. To better engage the public in ongoing dialog, certain of our operations use certain third-party platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+. Third-Party Websites and Applications (TPWA) are web-based technologies that are not exclusively operated or controlled by us. When interacting on those websites, you may reveal certain personal information to us or to third parties. Other than when used by our employees for the purpose of responding to a specific message or request, we will not use, share, or retain your personal information.
